"Fallen" is the first single from Sarah McLachlan's 2003 album ''Afterglow''. The song was nominated on the 2004 Grammy Awards on the Best Female Pop Vocal Performance field, losing to "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera. It was featured on the television show ''Charmed'' in the episode "Used Karma" and on ''Cold Case'' in the episode "The Promise".
